My recent stay at Monteverde Villa Lodge was truly a delightful experience. The location was superb, offering easy car access and a short walkable distance to the town center. The room exceeded my expectations, with its charming teak wood decor and comfortable amenities like a minibar and a private bathroom with a bath or shower.The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. We enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast each morning, with options ranging from eggs to traditional Costa Rican dishes. The option to have tours easily booked on-site was a convenient perk for those looking to explore the area.The outdoor lounging area with a firepit was a favorite spot of mine to unwind after a day of hiking in the beautiful surroundings of Monteverde. The hotel's proximity to must-visit attractions like Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve and Monteverde Ecological Sanctuary added to the overall appeal of the lodge.Monteverde Villa Lodge provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and eco-friendly charm, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a memorable and sustainable stay in Costa Rica. I would highly recommend this lodge to fellow nature enthusiasts, couples, or families looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of Monteverde's stunning biodiversity.
